Significant number of Americans still struggling with soaring prices from runaway inflation.
The White House’s chief liar, Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, continues to lie to the American people, this time claiming the economy is thriving under Joe Biden, despite a significant number of Americans struggling to pay for bills or food.
“It’s clear Americans are starting to feel Pres. Biden’s strong economy!” Jean-Pierre claimed during a press briefing Friday.

As noted by the RNC Research X account, the press sec’s claim does not reflect the fact inflation has risen at a rate of 3% over the past 33 months, negating wage increases.
“Though inflation has largely fallen from record highs in 2022, prices are still significantly higher than they were before 2020,” reports Fox News.
An Axios Vibe survey last week also showed “several of President Biden’s crucial voting blocs are plagued by financial stress — despite data that point to an improving economy,” according to Axios.
“Their uneasiness is an important warning sign for Biden less than 10 months before the 2024 election,” wrote Axios.
Moreover, a Financial Times poll last November showed only 14 percent of Americans said they were doing better financially since Biden assumed office.
Jean-Pierre’s attempt at gaslighting on the economy should come as no surprise as this is the same administration that at one point told Americans saving 16 cents ($0.16) on July 4th cookout food and supplies was evidence the “Biden economic plan is working.”
