Watch: NYC Democrats Work With NGOs to House Migrants in Illegal Apartments as Shelters Overflow

City secretly paying slumlords millions of dollars to turn illegal and unsafe buildings into shelters, report reveals.

An informative report from a citizen journalist details how New York City Democrats are making shady deals with nonprofits to house illegal aliens in apartment buildings unfit for residency as migrant shelters have become over capacity.

The YouTube channel Cash Jordan explained how greedy landlords are exploiting the migrant crisis to make a profit with the help of NGOs and New York City taxpayer money.

“What nobody’s talking about is how the city is secretly paying slumlords millions to turn illegal buildings into shelters which could be just as dangerous to the people who move in,” he said.

“And the conditions in some of these places are terrible,” he added. “And experts think hundreds of these illegal operations could be all over town exploiting people.”

One example reported by CBS New York detailed how one business owner sheltered dozens of illegal aliens from Africa in basements of buildings.

Ebou Saar led the charge to shelter African migrant men in the basements of the buildings in Richmond Hill and Fordham. Saar owns the businesses and leases space at the locations.

“Every day I talk to them. I’ve been running back and forth between Queens and the Bronx,” said Saar. “They have nowhere to go!”

City officials said Saar housed dozens of migrants in illegal sleeping quarters at the properties.

Inspectors said they found dozens of beds and cots in tight spaces on the first floors and in the cellars, with limited ventilation, exits or bathrooms. They also found e-bikes, space heaters and hot plates. 

“We went in and found that there were individuals living in unsafe conditions and as we would with any New Yorker that we find living in an unsafe condition, we immediately vacated those locations and referred those individuals to additional resources,” said Camille Joseph Varlack, chief of staff to Mayor Eric Adams. 

179,800 migrants have gone through the city’s system since last spring, according to officials.

This is all thanks to Biden’s concerted efforts to bring illegals into the country, some of which have been conducted in secret.
