Dr. Kelly Victory appeared on the show Redacted Saturday where she discussed the Bird Flu outbreak, saying that gain-of-function (bioweapons) labs are weaponizing the virus.
“We know that many scientific labs in the United States, not just in China, have been doing gain-of-function research specifically on this virus, bird flu,” Victory said. “they have been manipulating this virus in the laboratory, what we call gain of function, which means taking a pathogen, could be a virus as it is in this case, or a bacterium or a fungus and manipulating it in the lab to make it stronger, more transmissible, more resistant to treatment, more capable of spreading for example between humans. That is what they are doing with this virus and they’ve been doing it for many years.”
The doctor went on to talk about how this outbreak is likely of the lab-variety.
“We now have some evidence that the recent outbreaks we’ve seen in these farm workers so far, people who are in direct contact with infected animals but they’re infected with a variant of H5N1 which specifically is the one they are working on in these labs, which leads you to believe that this may be, once again, a lab leak and a virus that was manipulated in the laboratory,” Victory said.
The doctor said that locations which have been doing such research in the U.S. are the University of Wisconsin in Madison and the USDA lab in Georgia.
She also discussed how the natural bird flu does not traditionally affect humans, so if we see a lot of human-to-human transmission, it was of lab origin.
“So, should we start to see significant human-to-human transmission with this most recent outbreak, I can pretty much guarantee that it’s because it was manipulated in the laboratory,” she said.
Historically Avian flu is not easily transmitted between humans and Dr Kelly Victory is certain the only way that changes is if it has been manipulated in a lab.

Victory also discussed statements out of former Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Director Robert Redfield regarding the next bioweapon.
“It’s going to be a bird flu virus that is manipulated to be able to transmit human-to-human, very similar to what we saw with Covid,” Redfield said last year.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Commissioner Robert Califf also recently said that his agency is getting ready for the Bird Flu to make the jump to humans while speaking before the Senate in May.
