Establishment media and Democrats have egg on their faces after mass sharing a false story claiming Donald Trump’s vice president selection J.D. Vance wrote about making love to a couch cushion in his popular book “Hillbilly Elegy.”

In a now-deleted “fact-check” article, AP wrote, “No, JD Vance did not have sex with a couch.”
Despite the fact-check being accurate, AP took down the article because leftists complained the story about Vance fornicating with a couch was just a joke.
AP told Vox they erased the “fact-check” article because, “The story, which did not go out on the wire to our customers, didn’t go through our standard editing process. We are looking into how that happened.”
The Vance rumor originated from X user @rickrudescalves posting, “can’t say for sure but he might be the first vp pick to have admitted in a ny times bestseller to fucking an Inside-out latex glove shoved between two couch cushions (vance, hillbilly elegy, pp. 179-181).”
The false accusation spread like wildfire among leftists online, racking up millions of views.
Even AFTER it was revealed the couch rumor was a hoax, the left continued fabricating false book segments.

It’s ironic that the political group who complained about misinformation online for the past decade is openly promoting propaganda in the name of defaming Donald Trump.
Also, why would the supposedly open-minded leftists be upset if a young Vance did engage in sexual experiments?
They weren’t upset when a Democrat staffer allegedly filmed a gay sex tape in a Senate hearing room earlier this year!
