Return Of The King: Trump to Hold Massive MAGA Rally in Butler Following Assassination Attempt

Former president declares he’ll head back to site of failed assassination attempt to honor victims of previous Butler rally.

Former President Donald Trump announced he will return to Butler, Pennsylvania, the site of his failed assassination attempt, for a massive event honoring people injured and killed at his previous rally.

The former president said the “BIG AND BEAUTIFUL” rally will be conducted in honor of victims, including firefighter Corey Comperatore, who was struck and killed by a bullet intended for Trump while defending his family.

“I WILL BE GOING BACK TO BUTLER, PENNSYLVANIA, FOR A BIG AND BEAUTIFUL RALLY, HONORING THE SOUL OF OUR BELOVED FIREFIGHTING HERO, COREY, AND THOSE BRAVE PATRIOTS INJURED TWO WEEKS AGO,” Trump posted to Truth Social Friday afternoon.

“WHAT A DAY IT WILL BE — FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT! STAY TUNED FOR DETAILS,” he added.

Trump honored Comperatore on stage during the Republican National Convention last week, where he brought the slain firefighter’s uniform on stage and kissed it, while also calling for a moment of silence.

The former president’s declaration he will return to the place where he might well have died had he not turned his head at precisely the right moment comes as the Deep State has attempted to bury the assassination attempt that unfolded just 13 days ago, with FBI Director Christopher Wray on Wednesday feeding into conspiracy theories Trump may not have been shot by a would-be assassin.

“No, it was, unfortunately, a bullet that hit my ear, and hit it hard. There was no glass, there was no shrapnel,” Trump responded on Truth Social on Thursday. The hospital called it a ‘bullet wound to the ear,’ and that is what it was. No wonder the once storied FBI has lost the confidence of America!”

The FBI on Friday afternoon issued a contradictory statement insisting it believed Trump was struck by a bullet, suggesting Wray was being technical about the definition of “bullet.”

FBI Statement out this hour — attributable to the agency and not a specific person:
“What struck former President Trump in the ear was a bullet, whether whole or fragmented into smaller pieces, fired from the deceased subject’s rifle.”

Following Secret Service Director Kim Cheatle’s resignation this week, the Secret Service, rather than revising their methods despite considerable security lapses, reportedly recommended the Trump campaign stop holding massive outdoor rallies and instead hold only indoor events.

It’s unclear whether the Trump campaign will adhere to the recommendation, or defy expectations by holding a massive outdoor rally.

As of writing, the rally does not yet appear on the former president’s upcoming schedule.
