“Under no circumstances can they have MAGA rule the country”
Steve Bannon predicted that Donald Trump will be sentenced to multiple years in prison, in order to influence the course of this year’s presidential election.
“You know on the 11th of July, they’re gonna sentence him for multiple years in prison. You understand that, right?” Bannon told the crowd at the Turning Point USA People’s Convention in Detroit on Saturday.
Bannon predicted that Trump would be subject to court-supervised travel after the verdict, “to steal the election.”
“Under no circumstances can they have MAGA rule the country.”
“They don’t care about this election; they don’t care how many votes we get. They’re gonna fight us every step of the way,” Bannon added.
“Winning in November is just the first step. From November fifth to the sixth, Jamie Raskin is going to try to steal the election on January 6th. They’re already talking about it right now. They’re already going to say, ‘President Trump’s an insurrectionist and we will never certify an election of an insurrectionist.’”

Bannon referred to the Bidens as a “family of feral dogs” and said the White House would have to be “fumigated” and exorcised after they leave.
He also spoke about Trump’s agenda once he takes office on 20 January 2025: “Stop the forever wars;” “not a penny” more for Ukraine; an end to “massive” government spending; an end to the Federal Reserve; no central-bank digital currency; and “most importantly, [Trump]’s got to seal the southern border and we’ve got to start the deportation of ten to fifteen million illegal alien invaders.”
Bannon also made clear that the Trump administration would pursue those individuals who have weaponized the Department of Justice against the former president and his allies.
“We’re going to get every single receipt. And to the fullest extension of the law, you’re going to be investigated, prosecuted, and incarcerated,” Bannon promised.
“This has nothing to do with retribution. It has nothing to do with revenge… This has to do with justice.”
