“They want global governance. They want no borders. They certainly want people coming to this country to destroy it,” says Wisconsin senator.
The Biden administration’s “open border” policies are designed to “destroy” America, Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wisc.) claimed Sunday.
Johnson criticized the Biden regime’s recent efforts to address the border disaster they started, saying that the “horse is already out of the barn” with over 6 million illegals who’ve entered the country since Joe Biden captured the White House in 2021.
“The challenge we have in dealing with this administration is they caused the problem. They are the root cause. They want an open border,” Johnson told “Sunday Morning Futures” host Maria Bartiromo.

“The repercussions of this massive unprecedented flow are going to be with us for years, probably decades. This is a disaster.”
Johnson went on to explain that the Biden administration is only scrambling to address their open border now is because it’s optically hurting Biden’s poll numbers ahead of the 2024 election.
“The only thing they see is a threat to Joe Biden’s reelection, which is why they’re trying to do something about it,” he said. “This is so unprecedented. This is going to take unprecedented actions to fix it. The same old business as usual ‘let’s do a deal, let’s tweet the legislative language,’ that’s not going to work.”
“We need to stop this flow,” he continued. “We need to show the world that we’re going to secure our border, we’re going to seal it.”
Bartiromo pointed out that leftist forces behind the collapsed border “want a New World Order.”
“They want to fundamentally change America,” she said.
Johnson agreed, saying, “They want global governance. They want no borders. They certainly want people coming to this country and probably destroy it so I guess we level the playing field with the rest of the world.”
“This is going to destroy our country. There’s no other way of looking at this,” he added.
