In a bizarre self-own Friday, Kamala Harris declared she was aware Americans are struggling under her leadership as food and energy prices have skyrocketed.
Unveiling her economic agenda in Raleigh, North Carolina, Harris turned heads as she acknowledged without a hint of irony that inflation has spiraled out of control with her and Joe Biden at the helm, inadvertently admitting things were better under Trump.

At one point, Harris highlighted that the cost of grocery items like beef and bread have doubled, prompting the Trump camp to turn her comments into a makeshift political campaign ad for the former president.

The Trump War Room account on X perfectly summed up her rally pitch:
Kamala’s economic speech in review: “The past four years with me in power have resulted in prices becoming too high, food becoming too expensive, and home ownership becoming completely out of reach, but you should vote to make me president anyway.”
The rally marked Kamala’s first-ever policy speech, where she finally unveiled her plan to impose Soviet-style price controls with a ban on price gouging.

The scheme is so radical even the leftists at CNN are worried it could have disastrous implications like it has in several communist countries where similar policies were tried.

Trump on Thursday pre-empted Harris’ economic speech with an emergency press conference where he set up tables displaying everyday groceries to illustrate how she’s made food costs unaffordable for average Americans.
