Comedian Ryan Long highlighted Kamala Harris’ habit of adopting a black accent while addressing black rally attendees with a clever skit in which he also pretends to be black around black people.
“So, a lot of people on the internet have been pointing out that Kamala Harris talks a little bit more black when she’s talking to black people, and as someone who also talks blacker around black people… I take offense to that,” Long claimed in his latest parody.

She proceeded to do the same during a subsequent visit to Detroit, Michigan.

Kamala’s cringe code-switching drew comparisons to Hillary Clinton’s failed 2008 presidential campaign, when she put on a fake southern accent to pander to the people of Selma, Alabama.

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has also called out Harris for attempting to play into her supposed black identity, when she has mostly portrayed herself as Indian throughout her political career.
