The cast and crew of the popular LGBT television show Queer Eye met with Kamala Harris at the White House last Thursday.
In a video shared by the official VP X account, Harris greets a bearded man wearing a dress and gives the group a tour of her West Wing office.
“The cast of Queer Eye joined me at the White House to discuss the hard-fought progress the LGBTQI+ community has made in the past 20 years. Thank you for a meaningful conversation, for giving my office your stamp of approval, and for being fabulous,” the Harris account wrote.

Jonathan Van Ness, a “transgender” person starring in the show, stood behind the White House Press Secretary podium and pretended to take questions about his hair products.
This is Jonathan Van Ness. After Ness came out as trans, he advocated for children to get medical and surgical transitions, stating they are completely reversible and safe.

Some people pointed out Van Ness called Harris, “Madam Vice President,” but the caption on her video read, “Madam President.”
