Former Department of Defense manager called into the Alex Jones Show Tuesday to discuss the corporate culture of American aircraft manufacturer Boeing in light of numerous recent air disasters with their planes.
“We have the federally mandated affirmative action plan,” the manager said. “To make sure that they meet all of the defined metrics, and the federal government, from minorities, women, disabilities, and some of that I get, but it can’t be at the expense of a credible, talented workforce.”
“The labor pool was overseas, your parts and materials are coming from overseas, it’s not the same grade,” the manager said regarding outsourcing from Boeing.
