Shocking video out of the UK captured the moment a “migrant” viciously stabbed a man in the neck who was out walking with his family.
The graphic footage from Birmingham, England appears to show a man in pushing a baby pram suddenly ambushed by a migrant brandishing a knife before he was stabbed in the neck.

The victim fled the scene with the stroller in tow and blood pouring from his neck.
The man was hospitalized but is in stable condition, according to the West Midlands Police.
The suspect behind the attack was also arrested along with three others.

Four people have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a man suffered serious injuries in a stabbing in Birmingham.
Police were called to the junction of Dudley Road and Bellefield Road in Winson Green at about 01:30 BST on Saturday.
The victim, a man in his 40s, had been taken to hospital with a slash injury, but was in a stable condition, West Midlands Police said.
Three men, aged 34, 29 and 26 and a 22-year-old woman remain in custody as police inquiries continue.
This comes just days after three people at a “diversity festival” in Germany were killed and several others injured in a knife attack, for which the Islamic State took credit on Saturday.
“The militant group said in a statement on its Telegram account that the attack was carried out by one of its members ‘in revenge for Muslims in Palestine and everywhere,’” Reuters reported.
