Maher & Carville Stunned By RFK Jr.’s Endorsement of Trump: ‘What Do We Make of This?’

“That boy ain’t right. Something’s wrong. He hit his head. I don’t know what,” says James Carville.

HBO’s “Real Time” host Bill Maher and Democrat political strategist James Carville struggled to come to grips with Robert F. Kennedy’s endorsement of former President Donald Trump on Friday.

“RFK Jr is pulling out. He did say ‘I am giving my endorsement to Donald Trump,’” Maher said on his show. “For those of us who are a certain age who grew up with the Kennedys, to have a Kennedy endorse not just any Republican, but the worst one ever, what do we make of this?”

Bill Maher and James Carville represent devastated Democrats everywhere as they struggle to process the RFK Jr endorsement of Trump:

Rather than offer an honest assessment of why RFK Jr. would choose to defect from the liberals to endorse a Republican, Carville simply dismissed him as crazy.

“Every family has a…whatever. That boy ain’t right. There’s something weird…Something’s wrong. He hit his head. I don’t know what,” Carville asserted.

Maher retorted, “I wouldn’t go that far.”

During his address to the nation Friday, RFK Jr condemned Democrats for becoming a shadow of their former selves, saying they’d “become the party of war, censorship, corruption, Big Pharma, Big Tech, Big Ag, and big money.”

The nephew of former President John F. Kennedy went on to describe how Democrats subverted democracy by blocking his campaign from appearing in ballots in several states while claiming to save it.

RFK also stated he’s siding with Trump because he believes the alliance would “maximize my chances to save America’s children and restore national health.”

His sister Kathleen Kennedy Townsend issued a statement on behalf of the Kennedy family condemning RFK’s endorsement of Trump as a “betrayal” and adding, “We believe in Harris and Walz.”

“We want an America filled with hope and bound together by a shared vision of a brighter future, a future defined by individual freedom, economic promise and national pride,” she wrote.

This exchange between Maher and Carville represents confused and stunned Democrats everywhere who realize RFK Jr.’s endorsement of Trump signals a major shift in the political atmosphere that doesn’t bode well for Kamala Harris.
