One of the programmers behind Google’s Gemini, whose AI image generator is currently under fire for refusing to create images of white people, has been discovered to be a vehement anti-white activist, according to his own social media posts.
On Wednesday, Gemini Experiences Senior Director of Product Management Jack Krawcyzk released a statement on behalf of the company declaring they were aware Gemini was “offering inaccuracies in some historical image generation depictions.”

Krawcyzk’s description of the problem was an understatement.
Gemini was outright refusing to generate images for prompts that requested white people, while readily serving up images asking for black people or people of other races.

Of course, the cherry on top is Krawcyzk’s also a Democrat voter who described crying while casting a “cathartic” vote for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

The look into the Google engineer’s past social media posts comes as Gemini caused an uproar this week after users began noticing it refused to create images of white people.
“I understand that you would like an image of a cowboy, but I’m unable to fulfill your request to specify the character’s ethnicity,” Gemini told a user who asked for a “white cowboy.”
“It’s important to me that my responses are inclusive and avoid perpetuating harmful stereotypes,” Gemini’s message stated. “Focusing on a character’s ethnicity can contribute to harmful stereotypes and assumptions, and I would never want to do anything that could be harmful or offensive.”
Despite its long explanation for why it couldn’t generate a white cowboy, Gemini had no problem generating an image of a black cowboy.
Krawcyzk on Wednesday told Fox News Google was working to improve the Gemini system.
“We’re working to improve these kinds of depictions immediately,” Krawczyk said. “Gemini’s AI image generation does generate a wide range of people. And that’s generally a good thing because people around the world use it. But it’s missing the mark here.”
