An Honduran male who was deported and then returned to the U.S. under the Biden regime has been charged with sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl during a home invasion in Florida, authorities say.
On Wednesday, the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office (OKSO) announced the arrest of 20-year-old Kevin Mauricio Escobar Munoz.
Escobar Munoz is accused of a heinous sex attack on an underage victim in April in Fort Walton Beach.
“The victim told investigators that she awoke in her home located in Fort Walton Beach shortly before 7:00 a.m. on April 21st to a Hispanic male she did not know sexually assaulting her,” OKSO explained in a press release.
“She reported that he covered her mouth with his hand and spoke Spanish. She stated that when he finished, he hugged her and possibly left out the back door.”

A medical examination of the victim confirmed signs of sexual abuse.
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement identified a DNA profile matching the suspect’s on July 11 and investigators discovered Escobar Munoz was living less than a mile from the victim’s home.
He was taken into custody on Wednesday and booked into Okaloosa County Jail on charges of sexual assault of a victim under 18 years old and burglary with assault or battery.
Escobar Munoz was deported from the U.S. in 2022 and flagged by Border Patrol in case of attempted reentry, the Department of Homeland Security informed WEAR.
Nonetheless, he found his way back into the U.S. at an undisclosed location and date.
“These are two 14-year-old young girls and young girls have been preyed upon by illegal aliens,” said Okaloosa County Sheriff Eric Aden, referencing an another sex attack by a previously-deported illegal against a 14-year-old in February.
“Ask yourself at what point does it stop?”
Immigration and Customs Enforcement has lodged a detainer against the Honduran.
