Biden admin erected barriers around White House ahead of planned demonstration calling for ceasefire between Israel and Hamas.
Pro-Palestine protesters surrounded the White House on Saturday to demonstrate against Joe Biden’s support for Israel’s ongoing military campaign in Gaza.
Footage from the area shows thousands of demonstrators, some clad in shemagh scarves, picketing outside the White House with Palestinian flags and signs that read, “Stop Funding War Crimes” and “Hands off Rafah!”
Smoke grenades and flares could be seen emanating near the White House fence.

Protesters also vandalized Lafayette Square and placed a Palestinian flag in the hand of the General Marquis de Lafayette Statue after chasing out the Secret Service and U.S. Park Police.

The Biden regime prepared for the planned demonstrations by erecting fencing around the White House perimeter, an irony not lost on Gov. Greg Abbott (R-Texas), who criticized his refusal to build a wall on the southern border.

Numerous leftist groups, including the Boston Coalition for Palestine, Boston’s chapter of Party for Socialism & Liberation, Boston South Asian Coalition, and the Palestinian Youth Movement Boston, had boarded multiple buses on Friday headed for the White House.

Israel’s military campaign in Gaza has received resounding criticism over its heavy-handed tactics and for inflicting massive civilian casualties in the region.
The International Criminal Court has even issued arrest warrants last month for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other Israeli officials in addition to Hamas leaders for crimes against humanity, a move forcefully condemned by Joe Biden and Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
