Republican governor fighting back against Biden’s open borders
GOP Texas Governor Greg Abbott told Fox News on Sunday he’ll be soon deploying a new border control measure allowing Lone Star police officers to arrest and detain illegal aliens for unlawfully entering the state.

The governor is being forced to take action as the Biden administration not only allows hordes of third-world invaders into the country, but advertises its open border policies abroad.
Fox News host Maria Bartiromo asked Abbott for a report on the current status of the Texas-Mexico border and he answered, “Well, I’ll tell you a couple of things very interesting. For one, the problem is extraordinarily bad. The numbers are high and that is because Joe Biden continues to lay out the welcome mat, welcoming illegal immigrants into the United States of America.”
Continuing, Abbott said the sections of walls built at the border and “razor-wire barriers” placed in the Rio Grande River by Texas have reduced crossings into the state.
In fact, the governor said Texas is “no longer the number one illegal entry point” in America and that Tucson, San Diego, and locations in other states are all seeing more crossings.
Abbott explained that despite deterring and rerouting some illegal crossings, he needs to take more action if Texas is to survive Biden’s open border policies.
When the governor signs the new measure in two weeks, anyone illegally entering Texas from another country will be subject to arrest by all peace officers in the state.
The rogue and anti-Constitution Biden administration will likely do all it can to prevent Texas from protecting its borders as the state is already feuding with the feds over the illegal immigration crisis.
