Dementia-ridden puppet cannot stop the gaffes!
Senile Joe Biden made a bizarre statement to a reporter while standing on an airport tarmac in Austin, Texas, on Monday.
Expected to make a public statement in support of Supreme Court reforms such as term limits, a journalist told Biden that House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) had already declared the proposal “dead on arrival.”
“That’s what he is,” Sleepy Joe answered, with the confused reporter asking, “That he is?”
“He is dead on arrival,” Biden stated.
REPORTER: “Speaker Johnson says it’s dead on arrival.”
BIDEN: “That’s what he is.”
REPORTER: “That he is?”
BIDEN: “He is. Dead on arrival.”

The strange comment is going viral online as it seemed like Biden was issuing a veiled threat to Johnson.
Coming just weeks after Donald Trump was shot in the ear by Thomas Crooks, Biden’s remark was poorly timed to say the least.
The entire city of Austin, Texas, was on lockdown as Biden’s motorcade made its way from the airport to the LBJ Presidential Library for his speech.
