Crying ‘Jan 6’ Capitol Cop Harry Dunn LOSES Congressional Primary

Far-left Capitol police officer’s defeat comes despite outraising his opponent and endorsements from former Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.).

Capitol Hill police officer Harry Dunn — who cried repeatedly in public over his role in the January 6th “insurrection” — has lost his Congressional primary campaign.

Dunn, 40, had the endorsements of former Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), and had outraised all his other primary opponents.

He was defeated by 35-year-old state senator Sarah Elfreth in the primary for Maryland’s 3rd district on Tuesday.

Dunn revealed his far-left political leanings during emotional testimony before the House January 6 Committee in July 2021, in which he claimed he was more frightened during the January 6 riot than during his deployment in Iraq.

Dunn also has a history of anti-Trump statements and tacitly supported the BLM riots in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

In his media appearances, in his testimony before Congress, and in his memoir published in October 2023, Dunn described how he was the target of vicious racial abuse, claiming that “20, 30, 40, 50 people” crowded around him and chanted the N-word during the riot.

But hundreds of hours of CCTV video evidence from the Capitol building that day does not corroborate Dunn’s account.
