MSNBC anchor Chuck Todd claimed a senior Biden cabinet secretary confided to him two years ago that Joe Biden “can’t run again like this.”
Todd said on the “The Chuck Toddcast” on Wednesday that he sees “no evidence [Joe Biden] can serve four more years” before revealing the candid remarks by the Biden cabinet official.
“I’m not gonna out the cabinet secretary, right? But I had a cabinet secretary two years ago, all out of the blue ask me, ‘Do you really think he’s gonna, he can’t run again like this?’” he said.
“And I said, ‘Well, you have more interaction with him than I do.’ And they said, ‘I don’t have a lot of interaction with him.’”
“This is a pretty senior cabinet secretary,” Todd noted, “And this was two years ago.”
Todd admitted that Biden’s deteriorating mental acuity had quickly become a taboo topic of conversation years ago in Washington.
“This is one of those, you know, it’s the classic open secrets, a non-versation, right? It’s the story everybody knows and no one was, everybody was afraid to talk about,” he said.
Todd went on to excoriate Democrats for continuing to perpetuate the lie that Biden was as sharp as ever following his disastrous debate performance witnessed by the entire world.
“But guess what, Democrats are no better here. They are no better on this front because it, it, it looks like they’re putting essentially party over country — and for what? They cannot, I mean, there is no evidence, this is irresponsible, there is no evidence he can serve four years,” Todd said.
“There is no evidence he can serve four years and the fact that they have to drag — this White House had to, they had to drag it out of him that they’ve had this neurological test,” he continued. “If he had it, he should have been at the Stephanopoulos interview, ‘Here you go, George, here it is. Here it is. I know people have been asking for it. Look, I did it in February. It’s clear, you know, it’s all fine. Here it is.’”
“But now you have to wait till the New York Times goes to the visitor logs, finds eight visits! No, it wasn’t eight. It’s just been three with Biden. But don’t worry, all is good,” he said referring to frequent White House visits by a Parkinson’s expert.
“They have no credibility left on this topic. None,” he added.
Of course, mainstream media pundits like Todd played a pivotal role in facilitating the Democrats’ lie that Biden was as vigorous and mentally sharp as ever.

Todd later said Biden’s refusal to step down amid widespread calls to do so by prominent Democrat donors and lawmakers in recent days made him “rethink a lot of the Biden biography.”
“I still can’t believe he ran for president in the first place, given that his family was in crisis in 2018,” he said.

“You look at what has happened, I can’t believe he has put his family through this. And now, looking at his behavior now, in clinging to this, I think the entire narrative on Joe Biden is gonna change, in that everything’s always been about his ambition and his ambition comes first.”
ABC’s George Stephanopoulos just days after airing his interview with Biden last week also claimed he’s incapable of serving another 4 years as president.
