Illegal aliens may want to reconsider exploiting Joe Biden’s open border after alligators were spotted in the Rio Grande River, Texas Governor Greg Abbott (R) warned.
The governor’s warning came after footage emerged from Eagle Pass, Texas, reportedly shot by a local resident showing a large alligator in the natural boundary’s waters.

“Local resident, Luis De La Torre, came across an alligator while fishing this morning at the Rio Grande,” reported journalist Auden B. Cabello. “Previous sightings of alligators have been confirmed by Border Patrol.”
Sharing the footage Sunday night, Gov. Abbott wrote on X, “Alligators are in the Rio Grande. FYI there are warning signs posted in some sectors. Cross at your own risk.”

Interestingly, the alligator sighting comes as the media issued fact-checks earlier this year debunking images created using AI that depicted border agents prepared to unleash an army of trained alligators.
