Watch: Democrat Shill SPANKED After Failing to Explain What Crime Trump Committed

Comedian Francesca Fiorentini mocked after struggling to articulate legal logic behind Trump’s 34 felony counts for which he was convicted in New York City court.

A Democrat activist humiliated herself during a discussion on Piers Morgan’s show after being unable to explain what crimes former President Donald Trump committed to warrant a conviction.

In a segment on “Piers Morgan Uncensored” Monday, Daily Wire contributor Michael Knowles asked comedian Francesca Fiorentini to explain what specific crimes Trump committed.

“My fellow panelist here is celebrating that the rule of law has been vindicated and overturned 234 years of American legal tradition,” Knowles said. “I would challenge her to see if she could possibly articulate how and what crime Trump committed. Because so far, Alvin Bragg, the DA, has failed to do so. Judge Merchan has failed to do so. And they can’t do it because Trump didn’t commit any of the crimes for which he’s been convicted.”

Michael Knowles just spanked this leftist guest on @piersmorgan.

Morgan agreed and turned to Fiorentini to answer the question.

“Francesca, just on that point, what crime did Trump commit?” he asked her.

“He–it–it was–it was, it was financial crimes. It was white collar crimes. That is exactly what they charged him, it was–he was convicted!” Fiorentini stammered.

Morgan asked again, “What was the crime?”

“It’s New York state law!” Fiorentini cried.

“I understand. What was the crime?” Morgan asked again.

“I-I don’t even, like, it is literally–he just got convicted on 34 counts!” an exasperated Fiorentini said.

“So, you are not allowed to–to use your own financial, like, your own money to pay off somebody and then he wrote–he logged it as something different,” she said.

“He logged it just as a regular payment but he was actually paying off this porn star to keep quiet, which, if he hadn’t running for president, would not have mattered,” she continued, “but he was and so it impacted campaign finance laws in New York State. Okay? That is–Juan Merchan just oversaw this. Alvin Bragg brought the charges because Michael Cohen, the fixer, was already sentenced–“

Knowles chuckled, “That’s not quite what happened.”

“Look, I’m no expert, but let me just say, hang on Michael–” Fiorentini argued.

Knowles cut in, “You are no expert. That is true. Campaign finance law is a federal law.”

Even constitutional scholars like Jonathan Turley and Alan Dershowitz — both Democrats — recently admitted they don’t know what actual crime Trump supposedly committed in the NYC case.

Fiorentini also struggled to explain why former President Bill Clinton’s payoff of Paula Jones to the tune of $850,000 over sexual harassment claims as president in 1998 didn’t result in similar charges.

“So paying somebody off who says you sexually harassed her, paying her nearly a million dollars while you’re the President of the United States and then having sex with an intern in the Oval Office and lying about it, that’s fine because he’s a Democrat?” Morgan asked.

Trump Hater Crumbles as Piers Morgan Asks One Simple Question

PIERS MORGAN: “Why is Bill Clinton able to have sex with an intern in the Oval Office when he’s President and lie to the American people about it on national television? And why is he able to pay off Paula Jones… pic.twitter.com/nN35RXVV7t

Fiorentini shot back, “Only the leftists in your mind are making that argument.”

“Sorry?” Morgan asked.

What a train wreck!
